A 21-year-old man from California is facing charges after trying to smuggle a baby tiger over the border while trying to pass it off as a house cat. It's unclear has to how he got the tiger, but authorities believe he bought it in an illegal animal trade in Mexico. The man was arrested and has been charged with smuggling and importing an endangered species without a permit. The Tiger is now safe in a San Diego Zoo.
