26-year-old Arielle Bonnici of Long Island pulled into her local police department to answer a summons she’d been issued for unlawful possession of marijuana. However, she was arrested after she cut off an unmarked police car on her way in, parked inthe chief of police’s parking spot, and opened her door releasing a cloud of smoke.
