24-year-old Brandon Hurley of Louisville, Kentucky thought it would be fun to dress up as an officer and put a flashing light on top of his car, and pull people over last week. He did just that for a few hours, until he pulled over an off-duty officer. Much to Hurley's surprise, the off-duty officer asked him what his badge number was, and instead of an answer, he went back into his car and sped off the other way. He was tracked down and served with a warrant.
