Halloween came early for a man in Portaloise, Ireland who was found in a drunken state last week. The man was reportedly dressed in a pink princess gown running up and down the streets waving a large butcher knife at some swans. Multiple people called authorities on the man, and police tracked him down and arrested him. He's now facing charges on possession of a deadly weapon, and public intoxication.
