24-year old Kevin Michael Cook is behind bars after authorities say he got drunk and forced an his 8-year-old cousin to drive him around. Apparently the man was trying to flee the state, and didn't want to get popped for drunk driving, so he gave the keys to the 8 year old and had her chauffer him around. Local police got complaints of reckless driving, and tracked the car down. Cook tried to quickly switch seats with his little cousin, but police watched the whole thing unfold. Cook now faces charges of endangering the welfare of a child, a DUI, and driving without a license.
