Cregg Jerri of San Francisco stopped the robbery of a Starbucks back in July, but now he could be headed to court for a lawsuit filed by Ryan Flores…the man who robbed the Starbucks. Flores tried robbing the Starbucks at knife point, when he was subdued by Jerri, and stabbed with his own knife. The robber said the man used "excessive force" and is looking to sue Jerri for stabbing him, a lawsuit authorities are calling "ludicrous".
