A stupid criminal in Vermont had a very strange target, after A couple says someone entered their sugar house, smashed maple sugaring equipment, put holes into eight maple syrup barrels and stole 12 gallons of syrup last week. The couple said 8 maple syrup barrels were punctured, causing at least 300 gallons of maple syrup to leak out right before their busy season. The Vermont syrup destroyer has not been captured as of yet.
