A restaurant in Florida was recently the target of some social media shaming when a customer uploaded a video on social media of a rat running around the establishment. After the video went viral and the public alerted the local health department about the issue, they decided to do a routine inspection, and ruled that despite the rat video…the restaurant could remain open. The restaurant now says it the video had to be a social media prank, and despite it being a Facebook live video, they claim the rat was "edited" in.
