A Florida Bakery claims faulty cake pans created a "dessert disaster" and now…they're suing the pan maker. Apparently, the bakery says over time their pans began to warp, and ruined their "World Famous" Gourmet Cakes. The bakery says they paid $5,000 for 35,000 pans, but they want just a little bit more…so they're suing them for $120,000.
