Authorities in Montana are one step closer to banning texting and driving in their state, making it a crime if you read, wrote, or send a text message while operating a motor vehicle. While this is a very safe practice, that many should follow, the legislation faces an issue. With it's heavy focus on texts, the bill's writer didn't dive any deeper into phone-related activity, which ultimately would make watching videos of playing games on your phone while driving totally legal...so chances are, it won't pass and it will probably have to be re-written in a few months time.

Meet Oliver! He is approximately 3 years old and the sweetest, snuggliest cat you will ever meet! He came to us as a rescue from a home that the owner moved out of and left their animals. Oliver was severely emaciated, weighing only 3lbs and was in very poor health. Oliver is now neutered, and is very healthy For more information on Oliver, please log onto: cherrylandhumane.org!
