A Minnesota man is facing felony charges after he allegedly put a decal of a topless woman on his motorcycle without her consent. A woman called authorities on Timothy Brandt when he posted a photo on Facebook showing his new motorcycle decal, which happened to be a scantly clad photo he had taken of her privately. Police looked into the incident and found that Brandt and the woman had history with the law when he was charged with kidnapping and domestic assault when he didn't allow her to leave his home.
