An Arizona man was arrested recently all because he wanted some video footage of a wildfire. 54-year-old Gene Carpenter decided to fly his drone around the vicinity of an Arizona wildfire, and in the process interfered with crews trying to battle the fire, including 5 helicopters, and air tankers. At first, authorities couldn't locate Carpenter, until several photos popped up on his website. The man was tracked down, and charged with endangerment and unlawful operation of an unmanned aircraft.
